All citizens, in particular young people, trainees, social partners, enterprises, education institutions and NGOs hosting trainees are invited to take part in the public consultation on the Quality Framework for Traineeships.

This consultation belongs to the Employment field. In this period of high rate of youth unemployment, at European level traineeships represent a good way to let young people know the world of work improving their skills. The objective of the consultation is to gather views about how the quality of traineeships can be enhanced through a framework in order to help young career starters make a smooth transition from education to work.

The deadline for submitting contributions has been fixed on the 11th July.
