Technology Donation Programme

Donated Technology for Civil Society Organization

Supporting CSOs with their technology needs

NGOs, foundations, charities and libraries are working hard to make a positive impact on their community, and technology can help extend their reach. But, when most of an organization’s funding goes toward accomplishing its mission, there's not always enough left over for technology needs. That's where TechSoup Global and its network of partner NGOs come in.

ENNA has partnered with TechSoup Global to connect civil society organizations in European countries with technology product donations, and with the free learning resources they need to make informed decisions and operate at their full potential.

Once registered and qualified with a TechSoup Global partner NGO, an organization can access donated and discounted products and services, including software from partners like Microsoft, Symantec, Cisco, and SAP. Since 2001, TechSoup Global donation programs have helped save 183,000+ organizations around the world more than $3.1 billion in IT expenses.

Technology Donations in Action

Making a real impact locally

“Like other organizations, foundations should also have state-of-the-art technology. Thanks to the IT donation program [in Germany], we have the latest software and can do our work much better."
Jerome Braun, Foundation Hänsel+Gretel, Germany

“We’ve set up an after-school youth group for secondary school kids. We provide Internet access for those who don’t have it at home and can’t get to a library; they come here to do their homework."
Robert Stockley, LLTCA, Northern Ireland

Become a beneficiary of the program!

Taking advantage of a TechSoup Global donation program is simple.

1. Find a donation program in your country: (see below)

2. Register your organisation.
3. Submit qualification documents.
4. Request donated products!

Please note: TechSoup Global donation programs are not available in all countries. Eligibility varies: Our product donor partners decide which types of organizations align with their donation philosophy. Your organization's location, annual operating budget, and its primary mission are factors in determining eligibility. An administrative fee is charged for each donation. The fees vary depending on the products and represents a small percentage of the commercial value of the donation. Fees help offset the costs to administer the donation program.

About TechSoup Global

Our partners in promoting ICT usage in civil society

TechSoup Global was founded in 1987 on the belief that technology is a powerful enabler for social change. Since then, it has assembled a trusted worldwide network of individuals, NGOs, foundations, and corporate partners, who share this conviction. TechSoup Global’s NGO partners are connected through a common online platform. It enables technology donations and support, which connects and builds the capacity of social benefit organizations and the communities that rely on them.
